As much as I hate getting shot at from the redline by an opponent I have no way to counter them you can't base balance on ISK investment

Tank prices need a huge isk increasing to justify them being as good as they are. If people can spam call good tanks, then you'll never win.
Or Militia tanks need a hard nerf. In some way.

ISK will be a balancing factor once the player market comes in: when more powerful things are much more expensive, it will actually constitute a significant investment. That we don't have the player market is a problem with ISK balancing... |

Infantry cries for tank changes, and they don't like them. Tell them to use vehicles, they complain, and use cars anyway

Sica then maybe takes three shots to down it?
1400 odd damage from a militia railgun, +30% from the first militia amp, +25% from the second = 2275 per hit. 910 damage per hit after the hardener which means it'll take roughly three hits to take down.
Considering perma-hardening an ADS is not nearly as viable as an HAV (because of the availability of cover) that's not really a point. |
