Scouts have two hearts and hollow bones to increase endurance/recovery time and lighten their bodies presumably.
Heavys have two spines to lug around their **** without snapping-áin half.
Amarr suits in general have been connected to their bodies to the point it may as well be their skin. (Eww)
Anything I'm missing?

Hmmmm.... Nice idea sinboto but its pretty much just how the suit is built.
Augmentations mostly just are electronic devices connected to the brain of a person to boost their abilities like perception, willpower or other strenghts.
They can be misused to kind of spy at a person or even try to control the individual.
Couldnt read anything about body modifications that far, but might be possible in new edens future, however so far its just the suit and the merc trained to work with the suit. The suit stabilizes itself in regard to weight.

In Templar One they describe dust Mercs as being highly modified, their bones are augmented with metal and eve their blood vessels are re-routed to be more efficient and less vulnerable. |

I always wonder about the some of the unwavering stance of some clones, perhaps this is used to some extent within the Amarr implantation process

The Amarr suit is not like a second skin. The Amarr Assault Suits taps into the clone's nervous system and while painful, heightens awareness, reflex, and response times. The suit can also draw energy from the clone's body to increase stamina and increase stamina regeneration times.

Interesting, the clones energy is enough to boost stamina regeneration timesGǪ that is some extensive efficiency modulation.
(okay this is just a bump, but i do find that interesting)

A tad extra? Clones already cost ~500,000isk a unit. Having a specifically highly customized one that isn't a cookie cutter replica of an original mold would like bring each clone cost skywards to the 10s of millions a piece. |

No one said anything about highly, it isn't a personal clone. Still the generic template, just with a gene or two modified for strength and the additional biomass purchased.
