It has the following layout:
High slot: 1
Low slot: 4
Grenade slot: 1
Heavy weapon slot: 1
Sidearm slot: 1
PG: 54
CPU: 270
Default loadout:
- High: 'Stimulus' Complex Shield Extender
- Low: 'Obelisk' Complex Armor Repairer
- Low: 'Obelisk' Complex Armor Repairer
- Low: 'Hercules' Complex Armor Plates
- Low: 'Bastion' Enhanced Ferroscale Plates
- Grenade: 'Carnifax' Locus Grenade
- Heavy: 'Steelmine' Boundless Heavy Machine Gun

All speed or distance values are in cm (or cm/s). Those are raw SDE values.
As for how you fly... Beats me... The current theory is that's the speed you fall at for heights.

I'm afraid that's an answer nobody can give you yet...
EVE has a rendered image server. DUST doesn't yet.
One day I'll be able to pull a rendered images as well as the icon. But I can only dream...
