I kicked up my modules prior to engaging an enemy blaster armor HAV, and when I spammed R1, only one missile came out and I was stuck on 11/12 missiles in the clip. I sat there reloading while the HAV was slowly chipping away at my shields, though to not much effect. When I was reloaded, I tried firing again and this time not a single missile flew out.
At this point I just casually drove past him and went for my redline to figure out what was going on. A few more unsuccessful attempts to fire my missiles was made before they finally became "unjammed."

Hi, thank you for contacting us.
There is a known issue that if you shoot in a tank and you activate a scanner at the same time, sometimes your tank will refuse to fire. Is this what it happened?

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I wasn't using an active scanner at all. I had an active hardener and damage amplifier, both of which were activated prior to shooting.

Found a work-around. Switch turrets and it'll allow you to fire, at least.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I wasn't using an active scanner at all. I had an active hardener and damage amplifier, both of which were activated prior to shooting.
We have reproduced it by shooting when activating a hardener. The Dev team will work on the fix. Hardener and scanner are known issues, if there are other modules that have the same problem, please let us know.

Better check fuel injectors just to be sure. Will do that now.

I had a similar effect while I was using a Rail Turret Installation. I was in a Domination Match, on Fracture Road while using the rail turret in map section F5, I would noticed it would 'jam', I was puzzled. Then I noticed that if one of the support structures (around F5,G6 area) was in the sightline of the turret, the turret would not fire. Maybe the structure is an Invalid target? Perhaps this is why the turret won't fire? |

Have had the same effect often with blasters.
Most often just prior to engaging a red tank (fits with active module activation) and on many occasions the red tank was on sligthly higher elevation, like uphill road. Weird. On one instance the red tank was climbing on top of me and turret ceased to function.
Tank spam getting onto your nerves?

This is so nice to see! People calmly inform CCP of a problem, CCP responds asking for more infomation and people calmly provide more info. It brings a tear to my eye. :') If only this happened more often.

hey have you found out why missiles don't stay full auto(hold and it will fire) and they switch to semi auto(click everytime).

Same with blaster I saw a shield rail activated my hardener shot at him... or so I thought it refused to fire full ammo no heat build up.

I'd like to know as well since I'm getting tired of spamming R1 for every engagement (because I don't want to lose valuable time in the case full-auto stops on me halfway through the clip).
But I believe that deserves its own thread (and I believe there is one somewhere) as I think it's an unrelated bug.
