I can't find any of my old fits to work beause of the rail rifle, so how do I fit them now? I use to just tank it, and have one enhanced repper, but they don't work now. What is a good fit now?

Survive: Shield tanking is probably the way to go.
Equip: Maybe ditch the rep module and put in a basic plate instead. You'll be a little slower but how fast do you really need to be with a full-auto mini-sniper rifle from 80m?
I need to be pretty fast to get away from the rail rifle. I'm use to the speed and mobility with the scout suit, so I wanted to use the less hp no penalty version, but they take up way too much pg. Also I use the toxin AR and the Scrambler Rifle.

No. I would fit the Imperial LP version of the Scrambler Rifle, but Amarr FW sucks.
