Tho, I started ADV Scouts as of yesterday. Obviously :ccp: wants to promote more lolBPOkindergarten play in FW then to make reasonable LP payouts and make incentive for people to leave highsec battles.

Any developer who is serious about making a FPS, sends all their developers to a gun range to actually learn about guns first hand. CCP has never done this and NEEDS to do this...
Creating a sense of realism even around sci-fi guns improves a players immersive experience in the product, if your brain is having a hard time accepting the game and its massive difference from what we perceive to be true... Like Gun recoil mechanics from a plasma spewing Assault rifle..
Then it will taint the experience.. The cheap sounds they throw on weapons is an awesome example. |

I miss playing with my partner, we used to completely dominate the oceanic server, to the point we'd go on opposite teams to even up the odds, of course we had a gentlemens agreement where we'd kill all the red berries around each other before we'd face off... but man I was in the dog house when i killed him with a railgun one match, he hates tanks :D |
