It may be your idea, but CCP codes it and you can bet your biomass ass that they're going to take credit or claim it was part of that invisible road map. The people that don't regularly post on the forums are the Dust 514 community. We're just a dive bar full of bitter vets and trolls with nothing else better to do. Oh come on. We are not 'brats'. We are consumers who complain about a poorly made product offered to us under false advertisement. Honestly, I don't care if I make an impact on Development, I don't believe I will - and if so, as far as I am concerned, it's CCP's funeral and they can do as they please. I will however be heard otherwise, I am just folding in. The game is free. The products you buy are what you can really feel entitled about, which is basically just the micro-transactions. The vast majority of the game you did not pay for, so feeling entitled doesn't make sense. You can feel entitled about the various packs, the value of aurum, the usefulness of various aurum items, because you payed for those, but not other stuff.

You can feel entitled about the various packs, the value of aurum, the usefulness of various aurum items, because you payed for those, but not other stuff. Oh rly? I spent $60 - I believe I have paid for everything this game can possibly offer. Moreover, I paied when in closed beta, spending money on merc pack that was promised to be reimbursed on release - we know how that one went. So I was paying back then to support efforts to develop a game that CCP promised. Instead I am stuck with what Dust is now to far from the game CCP said they were making. I know that I was not paying for 'a pack' of things that don't even exist in the real word. To state the latter would actually be the thing that makes no sense. You didn't pay for Dust, you payed for items in Dust. The fact that you spent $60 does not mean you payed for the game, just means you payed for a lot of items. While I understand your motive for buying these items was to fund the game's improvement, your intention does not change the nature of the transaction; the nature of the purchases was not "pay X amount of money, and in exchange we will make this game great".
That being said, I don't like the current state of Dust, I am disappointed, and I want it to improve. I just think its wrong to feel entitled about it for the aforementioned reason.
