If CCP handed out a respec I would gladly take it.
However, as an EVE vet I know how crucial the SP grind is to maintain longevity of an SP based MMO. when players have to make hard choices about what to spend hard earned SP on it has meaning and keeps players motivated toward their next skill plan. Respecs harm that aspect of Dust. It also creates a "just one more respec" mentality that players will always beg for another respec because CCP changed or added something. Changes and additions will always happen in Dust.
Players need to get used to that now. I vote No.

Although I vote yes I see it highly unlikely CCP will just give away another respec as their main income is from; AUR items people don't have the skills to use yet or from boosters people buy to get said skills. |

Even with a full compliment of racial suits, what is the point? its not an insurmountable task to train a single suit to Proto. If you cap every week, it can be done in what... 6 weeks? Maybe it sounds like a long time, but it really isn't. Besides, once you spec into everything your super focused little heart desires, what is the point of playing? Just for the fun of it? A full respec removes the satisfaction of achieving the new goals you set for yourself.
If a respec ever happens I'm fine with it. However I don't think that it should be keyed to an event like new content. That sets a precedent that CCP would be foolish to allow. Maybe a Respec every year or something. That could at very least offer people a reason to come back or continue playing, but a respec just because things change is in my mind silly. |

Merc #1 targets #2, hits the 'Respect?' option.
Merc #2 can then answer with the 'Respect!' prompt and the two bump fists and share a manly hug atop a mountain of fresh enemy corpses. |

since i really really dont want to see ANYMORE OF THESE i am going to suggest to you what i just did to mortdemer for his list.........
this will help EVERYONE, just by adding the names and organizing them into corrisponding lists according to their vote......

I think respec should be anytime and for any player who cant accept some "upgrades" from CCP or even he-¦s not satisfied by new changes. Like n old MAG times (Yes Dust will never be AWESOME like good old MAG!!).

Two options for ccp resepcing a major change to infantry and a infantry only respec or a new build for a full respec. Other then that they realy dont seem to even be considering it.
