Hopefully some response with a decent answer and not just some bs blow off answer.. So ive been wondering about this for a while.
Why is it that, occassionally, whenever im playing a match, it will all of a sudden END? Even though neither MCC has been fully destroyed??
Also, why are there other times that the MCC health bar has been COMPLETELY depleted and yet the match will go on for another 30sec - 1min?? |

The sudden ending is probably due to the servers being shut down for regular maintenance, which occurs at 11am UK time.
As for the matches going on after one side has won? Pass. It appears to intentional. My guess is that it's the servers tallying everyone's score and working payouts out or some such. Hope that helps.

It happens a lot though, not just randomly throughout a week, like multiple times daily. And if both teams have an actual chance to win still, and the screen just cuts over to victory or defeat and both MCC's have like 1/16th their health bar left. Idk I just don't get it... |

The early endings are most likely Clone Reserves Depleted victories/defeats: that is, whenever one side loses all of their clones, the battle is over even if the MCC's are still active. |

there is a a certain number of clones per skrim match are you sure that one team didn't just run out?
skrim has two victory conditions: run the enemy out of clones destroy the enemy MCC faster than they can destroy yours
even in bad matches if your team can drag out the match you can pull a clone win. I often find that if I'm put in with a bunch of ambush slayer dips who don't know how to hack or tanks it's easiest to hold a smaller number of objectives and go for the enemies clone reserves instead. however trying to pull a clone win only works on 4 point matches consistently because you can hold half the objectives. trying to pull a clone win on a 3 or 5 point map is ... sketchy and should be a last resort or situation win.
