iirc this was the first patch of many concerning vehicles, it's not done yet and we've got to treat DUST like a beta despite it being realized, I know it sucks and I get that you're frustrated, to be fair many Vehicle players quit before 1.7 because like you now, we were frustrated with the lack of balancing and generally didn't enjoy the game, hopefully you won't suffer as many builds as we did, personally I hope you get lots of extra weapons and gear for new methods to combat these vehicles, all you have to do is sit tight.

Until then, making QQ threads that are unproductive and don't offer any valuable insight is really just a waste, rather than this, why not look at both sides of the story, and then try an make an informed suggestion or simply reply with your views on posts that have already done this. If none of this seems reasonable to you, my only suggestion is HTFU.

In ambush there when the enemy team gets 6 tanks first, they will win. There is nowhere safe to call my tank in to counter them because they rush it. We have told CCP numerous times to stop balancing against stuff that they plan for the near to far future but thats not in the game. This has caused so many troubles and imbalances and requires CCP to constantly rebalance the hell out of that game...
