When you have the infinite sprint bug happening, crouch, uncrouch. If you don't, side-affects start to kick in. I know this because I actually do know how to trigger this to happen.

Hi, thank you for your video.
If you deploy equipment just after spawning, you will be unable to sprint. Also sometimes when you switch you weapon, the weapon will disappear and you canGÇÖt switch weapons or equipment. It is a known issue that we are working on fixing.

Thank you OP. I was worried that it was just my controller glitching when I sometimes switch to my remotes.

Curious as to how you get that kind of quality without it being lost - seems like whenever I upload something to youtube the quality degrades dramatically =[

I use an Elgato Game Capture HD to capture from my PS3 (my other capture gear doesn't play well with the weird boxes I use to bypass the PS3's HDCP). Since the Game Capture HD doesn't function as a generic capture device and only works with the Elgato software, I just used the Elgato youtube exporter. Once you have a clip made in the Elgato software, it doesn't seem to transcode the video before uploading, so I assume the raw H.264 stream out of the Game Capture HD is already in a youtube-friendly format, so youtube doesn't bother messing with it much. I haven't uploaded many videos to youtube, and the ones I encode myself always seem to lose a lot of quality. Next time I do it, I'll probably pay more attention to this.

This happened to me once (on an alt I think) when iI climbed up a ladder. I managed to convince the game to climb a ladder from the side when I was in a hurry. The ladder wasn't straight in front of me when I mashed the O button to climb, it was pretty much to right on the screen. And the game accepted my command. During the climb, I was facing about 45-¦ left of the ladder instead of straight forward. When I reached the top, my gun didn't come out, and never would. I couldn't sprint either. And the most exciting part of all was that I was kinda invisible :D There's was guy on the roof shooting down who I was mocking a long time. Although I belive I wasn+ñt actually invisible, but buggy and lagged as hell, because he and a friend of him who arrived later was always shooting me on a position I was at 1-2 seconds ago. If I just kept moving, they never hit me. Very funny! :D
Oh, one more thing, I couldn't jump either. I was just floating around.
I eventually got killed. |
