i've tried hooking up my ps headset up to dust and it isnt working. at the sound menu, i made adjustments and i can hear myself on the ps setup screen, voice changer works and everything. i connect to dust and it seems it dont register my mic. a few months ago my headset worked for dust so....did they change something? i remember you used to need to buy the little mic thing from the marketplace to have permission to talk on the mics, did they get rid of that? or....what the hell is going on, if anyone can explain, heh. |

If you use search function there are many threads on this and about 5 fixes. Did you,select,the headset in Sound and Accessory setting on the PS3.

Had same prob, log in to one of your alts, go to options and log out, log in on main, worked for me. |

Log out of psn (while staying ingame), log back in. Log back onto your character (because you will get disconected), done.
If you haven't done so, activate voice chat in the ingame option menu
Going to stay out of AV/V debates, better for my sanity.

Another thing to check is that you don't have PS Eye plugged in. The camera has a built in mic which DUST, in my experience, gives precedence to so the mic you have plugged in gets ignored.
