Nope. Only lost 2 yesterday. One to some BS forge hitting me while close to the ground, causing my tail to hit and insta-kill me.
The other to some bozo "pilot" on my team ramming me. 
I fly a speed tanked fit with extenders and an afterburner. It takes 3 rails to kill me (2 proto), but I usually dodge the second. I also have a fit with 12k ehp that laughs in the faces of rail tanks.
Edit: Rails are still BS though and need a little fixing.

This is correct (enhanced fits, proto doesn't). You can fit complex hardeners, but it requires shield fitting and both active mod skills to be effective. My speed fit is:
- -: Complex AB, Enhanced Heavy Shield Ex, Complex Shield Ex
-: PG
T: ADV (because it's cheeper and just as effective)
