I also have a fit with 12k ehp that laughs in the faces of rail tanks. Edit: Rails are still BS though and need a little fixing. You also don't have to watch overheat, which is seriously under rated. Still only takes one not terrible rail gunner in the red line to shut you down the whole game, or at least make you fly around in circles 90% of the time, which is basically the exact same thing. Lost one to a ADS today. However, that's mostly because I had used all my hardeners, at once, to pop a few enemy rail tanks a minute ago. Usually I just cycle, cycle, cycle and they fly away because they are tired of being completely unable to out damage my hardened regen, which pretty much never ends. Many suits I've worn, many burdens I've borne, for the oaths I've sworn. Panda.

You can fit complex hardeners, but it requires shield fitting and both active mod skills to be effective.
