I just want these here so devs might actually see them, and notice that posts like this are only going to grow more common as time goes on if nothing is changed. These two seem rational enough and are from notable members of the community, and hopefully there will be more to follow.

At the very least there needs to be price increase coupled with the small nerf in Damage and / or range in 1.6 FG's were the enemy and at least they had to pull out a 200k fit and if you were lucky to find them not tower camping or in an other wise inaccessible place and kill them once or twice they would probably give up but now you can pull out a fit under 70k and not worry about the price and still be totally OP.

My main concern is railgun tanks still being able to engage and attack dropships, or else we will be pretty OP, but giving them immunity while doing so isn't fair to anyone. Perhaps increasing the elevation allowed would help them to engage from within the combat zone in addition to the second threads suggestion.
Something needs to be done about red line rail tanks though, because it's simply not fair mechanics.

Cap railgun vertical elevation at 20 degrees IMO. Now they can't look up to hit drop ships but can hit ground things just fine. |

I hate redline fighting period. I think there should be no points or kills awarded for people that want to fight from within the redline. They can still kill, but they won't get points for it.
That being said, CCP puts turrets within the redline. So I can only assume that they want you to use them there. You can hardly fault someone for hopping in one and shooting at your dropship.
Please give tanks some balance

Except when your team is redlined or you have your modules in cooldown, i don't understand why a tank should stay in his redline, they are fast and cheap. People that still stay in redline with tanks are just cowards and campers.
