Twas the night before christmas,when all through the fort,
not an Officer was stirring not even the Guards,
The HAV's we're parked around the perimeter with care in hopes
that there drivers would soon be there...

the mercenary's were nestled all snug in their beds with visions
of mass murder and killing in there heads.
and as I finished my patrol of the Control room floor,
I settled down in an empty Bunk like i had done many times before,

when out in the distance arose such a clatter we all sprang
from our bunks to see what was the matter,
away to the armory I flew like a flash i grab my Gauss Rifle and
headed for my HAV..

The rail-gun was loaded and the shields at full power
the moon on the gun gave the luster vicious fire power
when what do my wondrous eyes do appear,
But a Titan crashing down through the atmosphere

on bravo! now charlie! and alpha! and echo!
to the top of that hill dig in on the edge of that ridge
Take up positions, We're taking this Thing!

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky,
So up to the mountain top the coursers was set
there's a crashed titan out there loaded with loot

and then in a fiery explosion in the distance,
I could see burning mercenaries
As I spooled up my main gun and got ready to shoot,
I heard on the comms "Here comes some enemy troops"

They were dressed in jet black armour from head to foot,
and there gun's we're all tarnished with ash and soot
A volley of swarms came tearing down range and collided with my tank
It gave off a wicked "Bang!"

I lit up my main gun on these pitiful fools, and Vaporised them one by one
as they stumbled and fell out of there crippled ship.
when the gunfire stopped my railgun glowed like the end of a pipe
and the air smell of burnt metal and was clogged with ash and smoke .

when the Surviving crew came crawling from the twisted wreckage,
I laughed when i saw them in spite of myself,
I pulled out my Gauss rifle and shot the poor buggers dead,
It was at that point i knew i had nothing to dread;

I spoke not a word and went straight to my work
and started filling trucks with the anything of worth
Machinery and ammunition and entire planet's worth

I sprang to my tank, and slammed it in gear
Back to the base it's time to drink beer.
