They got to see for themselves as to whats going on, and why the frustration in the forums. You can't add more to what they saw. Now they have to decide as to whether AV is AV, or a deterrent? And I'm sure they are contemplating that now.
Everyone knows where I stand. So no need for me to state it here. But no amount of forum threads would equal to first hand experience. Glad dev invasion was done.

oh but 5 av ppl could move from tank to tank taking out 5 tanks easy!
til you realise that a single tank can sponge all 5s AV, and be invulnerable to everything else, kill the AVers in an instant w/ its blaster, kill everyone else in an instant w/ a blaster, and theres 5 of them.
meanwhile the AVers are super slow, vulnerable to everything, most notably all tanks & infantry, whilst dishing out negligible damage, as they get r@ped over & over instantly by a blaster killing them 30times faster than they can kill it.
but, its so balanced right, i mean its not like tanks are FOTM and getting spammed or anything right |

I'm famous in my own head I guess. lol Easy sparky. I think AV should be AV. Not a deterrent. Dust will drop the ball heavly with that one. First FPS where AV is just a deterrent. What a goal to strive for... |

You are in NS, the biggest group of FotM exploiters anywhere.
Hardly appropriate for you to be complaining about something your corp is out there doing in pubs all day long.
Also, one rail tank will eat all those blaster tanks for breakfast.
Since most of the scrubs with MLT tanks are running somas, a missile boat will do nasty things to them as well.

I used to be an AV infantryman like you...
...until I found out I can make millions of isk per hour driving Somas and Sicas while not losing a single one.

Ccp spams tanks too. And spam nades. Not one of their tanks lasted with my rail on the ground. They didn't learn anything from the invasion.
