I do not find Caldari Hierarchy that good besides Subreddit and Beercases, sorry.

For the best interest of Caldari, you probably should all stick in Caldari Hierarchy. Last thing a faction needs is tons of channels for the same thing. Continue to promote Caldari Hierarchy as the Caldari FW meet up place, then more good players will start showing up and you can figure out who you like to squad with and who to ignore.
The alternative is having a bunch of Caldari FW meet up places and while you're looking for good players to fill your squad in one channel, the good players looking for a squad could be in other channels with no way of knowing.

What I don't understand is why every faction besides Caldari has a FW corp?

I hope that all made sense. What I don't understand is why every faction besides Caldari has a FW corp? Providence Guard. Pretty big Caldari FW corp with EVE support and really well set up structure.
