The AR is no longer king anymore. I can poke Duvolles to death with my boundless CBR from behind cover. It's even safer to shield tank now.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Assault Rifle - Between
Combat Rifle - Medium to close range
I dont cout Laser rifle, because it pure support weapon in my eyes, someway clean oposite of minmatari mass driver.

I actually read somewhere, AR is slightly more powerfull than RR overall. CR is sharpsooting and more stable that RR and AR. And RR dont have that power in CQC and overall stability like CR, but its more powerfull.
Its basicaly like triangle or triad.

eh if balance was only being weighed between the four rifles I would say they are balanced.
it's only when you get into the sheer garbage that is the other weapons and tanks that there is imbalance.
also the assault variants kind of break the balance since they ruin the innate weaknesses of each of the guns. |
