A countdown timer should at least be visible to squad leaders so they know when to find a safe little hidey-hole while making the request.

In a similar vein a "Mr Eve Pilot has connected to the district satellite." in blue or red would be good to see too. Often I have no idea that there are eve pilots in orbit until I see the orbitals. Dust mercs, like dogs, can't look up.

It's on the district satellite.
