man, from what i'm hearing about these HMGs, i'm happy exams are keeping me from playing DUST 
guess i better go pick up the old Duvolle Specialist Shotgun and show these heavies how it's done...

The Burst was always the king of HMGs... just Uprising came along and lolHMGs.

The Burst is more of a medium range weapon and it minimizes your spread VERY quickly. The only issue I have with it is that I can't hit fast scouts that are circling around me.
But maybe I will try it again.

Hmm, doesn't feel much different to me except for a slightly shorter delay between bursts.
The standard hmg feels quite different though. |

Yeah. I still can't get into the Burst, no many how many times I give it a try. The normal HMG can handle a broader selection of targets and situations and mulches just fine.
The one thing I still use the Burst for is as a HMG Heavy killer. It's damn good at that.
