My current dropsuit of choice is the std Caldari assault: 2 highs, 2 lows with 30 PG / 150 CPU. It is cost effective and has been serving me well for quite some time...
But I have recently invested in Caldari Assault Dropsuit IV and I am thinking of making the move to the adv assault dropsuits. I will have an extra high slot available to me as well as more PG and CPU, of course. I will be upgrading my shield extenders to match my new adv dropsuit, but the extra slot has be wondering...
I hate hate not seeing people on my TACNET. I was thinking about fitting a Precision Enhancer in my new high slot; probably the adv version.
Has anyone used a Precision Enhancer? Did you notice a difference in who you "saw" on your TACNET? I know scouts will probably slip under my sensors, but what about the other dropsuit types?

That is great news! That is, unless they fit profile dampeners and/or drop points into the Racial Scout Dropsuit skill. At least I will be able to see medium dropsuits, which are in the majority I think.
Thank you for your help.

Why? Because even if you skill into precision enhancement, your scan radius is only 10 meters. With an active scanner, you'll get better scan precision (36dB at advanced) and a 100 meter radius.
Wouldn't this prevent me from having my weapon out? Plus I would have to skill into an active scanner, where I already have access to adv drop uplinks.

Interesting. Thank you for the information.
