Just got prof 1 and op V or my combat rifle, so now i have a full proto fit!
Assault Mk.0
Boundless CR
Six kin Smg
Standard locus
Compact hive
Complex shield extender x3
Complex light damage mod x2
Enhanced shield reg
Basic cpu
:/ still not better than my recruit frame:
Complex extender x2
Advanced weapon of my choice
Recruit Smg
Basic PG
Compact hive, scanner, or standard Re.
400 or so shields, same as my assault, 224 armor, 70 MORE than my proto, shield recharge is only 15, but it costs me 1/5th the Isk.

Oddly enough, whenever i pull out my Guristas Lav... One guy and a standard RR blasts me and my passengers out in one clip...
Can't be mad though, watch my body flop out of the car, over the gun, and in someones face.

I do believe you are forgetting of the shame one feels once killed by UNDER militia grade weaponry.
Also my Prof3 brings it to about .3 over an unskilled Mlt smg.
