Hello ,
My name is , I play ur game under the name HERMAN HARDON. I have enjoyed ur game for the past year. Even with the bugs and mistakes I feel this game has a ton of potential once you work out some of the major issue.
If its at all possible I would like for someone to view my transactions and see the amount of money I have invested into this game you are creating. I assume that is more then MOST of the player base . I ask that u do this to see that I have been a loyal customer since I started playing. I also ask that if this ticket doesn't pertain to this department that you forward it to the department it belongs to .
On to the issue at hand . Due to some of the posts on the forums, which I rarely view . Mostly due to all the complaining and trolling . But viewing the post brought up a sore subject . Contact grenades . Now I had purchased ALOT of them thinking that one day soon there was going to be a market and that they would fetch a big pay out . Well really I don't even think it should matter why I bought it , just that I did . When I made the purchase of 7,000 + of them at 30 aur a piece "you" CCP had them labeled as for each unit had a quanity of 3 per . A week later you dropped the price down to half price . I thought that was bad timing on my part and felt like an idiot . Little to my knowledge it gets worse. A week after that you had went into "my" inventory and changed the amounts of quantitys in each unit I had bought .
Would you describe that product as to be broken or defective ? Its pretty clear you determined that something was "wrong" with them hence the changes . I feel like you could of handled this in a much better manner . The way I see it you had 3 reasonable options , to satisfy ur custmers .
Option1 recall all that were sold and not used in inventory and returning the aur spent
Option2 the ones that were sold leave as is "in inventory" and released a new version with the corrected amounts into market
Option3 offer no refund and hide behind eula
The first 2 options would seem like the better choice when it comes to dealing with potential custmers . The way it is now is that the ppl that invest most into the game and buy aur items in bulk would seem to be punished , instead of rewarded . This just doesn't seem like the best way to go about dealing with ppl and repeat custmers . Would you take an omega booster that's labeled as 2x sp and cut it down to 1 3/4 without at least offering back the aur spent ? This makes no sence to me as to how anyone can find this a "FAIR" business practice.
I have sent in a ticket before on this matter and I was very polite , I was told by the person who contacted me back said it wasn't up to them and suggested that I post my problem on the forums. They said that a lot of the dev read the posts . Well I got no response from devs , just ppl TROLLING . Hence the reason I asked that you personally" who" is reading this can forward it into the hands of the powers that be .
Thanx You,
HERMAN HARDON

Maken you sure you dont work for ccp? You seem to defend there unfair custmer relations practices whole heartily. I do know to send it to support, and I did. Your telling me that before I buy an item in market I need to come on forums and see if the cummunity has an issue with what I wanna buy? Some ppl dont read every post posted . Sorry I dont have time for all that. Nor should I have to ! When you buy something thing that is labeled as X , I expect to get what I bought NOT X-2 !
Lets say there is an omega passive booster on market 6X sp you buy 10 of them then the community decides you have an unfair advantage so ccp takes ur 6X booster and makes it a 2X booster . You as a custmer are okay with that?
Eula or no eula that is not good business practice, are you that much of a ccp suck up you cant see that?!?!? |

Maken Tosch wrote:If it makes you feel any better, you are not the first person to do this. Someone else did the same thing earlier and purchased 3,000 units of this stuff back when they were clearly OP and everyone plus their grandma was wanting them nerfed. Was the item considered broken? Was it defective in anyway? Did the item lose value by the changes made? Id answer yes to all. They can check this by seeing how many ppl have bought any post nerf and how often u see a kill with a aur contact nade in ur kill feed. To say the item bought didnt lose its value is undeniable. To say that what it was advertised as and then changed to were one and the same would be a false statement. |

Thats pretty good how ya brought over some of my posts on this matter , wish I was that computer savvy. You are correct this isnt my first attemp , it says that right in the post. This is were CCP told me to post my issue , as it also says in my post . I have gotten very little help when it comes to this typic. Any other merchandise in the world and this would be illegal. It is a very valid argument that could of been handled diffrent on both ends.
It hurts noone to offer a rembursment when you change a product that drastically . Exchange or recall somthing that you now have a problem offering as it is labeled and discribed as. Its just normal to do so .
Any company that sells you ANYTHING should have a reasonable return policy. Anything is better then we can change anything at anytime .
