Let me get this straight.... the most commonly brick-tanked suit in the game will now get a fitting bonus to allow it to fit even more "brick tankiness"? So now they don't have to choose between fitting a good gun and fitting a good tank.... they can do both? Really?
The Assault Rifle has had the Hybrid tag for a long time, or do you not consider it a good gun?
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else, there is the Learning Coalition.

Really? not quite sure what you are getting at I read this as changing damage type hybrid has a "+10% damage bonus to shields. -10% damage penalty to armour." or am I missing something? also wonder what it was tag at currently
Plasma and Rail are both Hybrid weapons, but Plasma is +10 Shields -10 Armour and Rail is the other way around.

Apparently you haven't seen the cluster **** that is 1.7 If it could be balanced, it probably isn't. I'm not understanding what this change means?
It means the Gallente Assault suit bonus applies to the Rail Rifle.
