Im on my second one in just a couple of months, the left one actually wears out from Sprinting and digs into the plastic frame edge around the hole making a groove in the stick that gets all hard to use and grindy feeling. I'm not buying another controller just to play a broke ass game (it is face it, we play more for what it could be then what it is) , I'll try some silicone grease maybe that will help?. I have this exact same problem. The plastic has a tiny ring that has been carved out over time lol. Now it's really grindy as well... what a coincidence... But this is the manufacturer's fault, not DUST... I just went out to the garage and grabbed a little tube of silicon grease I had in there, and used a q-tip to put some in that ring, man it works better then new Ill try to find the manufacturer of the tube of grease and link it. I'm guessing running away from tanks Think about it though, in this game you have to stay constantly in motion or you're dead as soon as you stop. That causes alot of wear.
