From the times I've played with Joe, especially the closed beta corp matches, I would suggest he is a man of science, always trying to experiment and test the limits of Dust 514.
Also, these tears are hilarious.
Also also, griefing is hurting FW a lot less than the fact that 90% of corps are choosing the side of Gallente over Caldari and at least 99% are choosing Minmatar over Amarr, because you're all terrible role players. Try playing an Amarr contact solo and tell me griefing is ruining FW.
You must be trolling, because that's a ludicrous statement. One, good luck finding better RP on any side than the Amarr. Kirk for Gallente and a few SVER guys for minmatar and....?
Two, griefing is EXACTLY what is killing FW. (Well that and the overly aggressive bans we had in the beginning). I'm skeptical that you have actually played an Amarr FW solo, because if you had, you would immediately reject any suggestion that griefing is not a problem. This isn't QQ, it's simple math:
I'll be happy to provide pics if you don't believe me, but I've run probably 10 Amarr FW battles solo and not one time were there not at least 4 players with multiple deaths and 0 WP. In several matches there have been as many as 8 people with 0 WP. Mind you, this is not playing stacked AE squads that would explain losing badly.
Don't bother with the "they're just scrubs" argument, because even at the height of protostomping in 1.5/1.6 you would only have 1, maybe 2 people with 0 WP, everyone would at least hack some meaningless turret or CRU to get a couple points. If the FW end of match board looked like a typical pubstomp with a bunch of people at the bottom going 2/12 with 150-200 WP I might buy the "well Amarr just sux, git gud" talk.
But when battle after battle ends with 2 or 3 people at the top with a decent score, a few with the usual 2/12, 150 WP you would see at #15 in a pub, followed by a sudden dropoff with the entire bottom half of the team having 0 kills and 0 WP combined, something is going on. When even Cubs' OP death squad needs to qsync with another one to win consistently, something is definitely not right. You can't easily explain that away.

I vote for a lifetime SP requirement for FW. Can't join unless you have x million lifetime.
It won't stop dedicated griefers, which have their place in New Eden. What it does do is prevent people from making infinite numbers of alts just to grief without expending any real effort or incurring any risk. They don't even have to risk their KDR, as little as that might mean.
