I won't believe him without proof, some visible link to the Ushra'khan Alliance, until then he is yet another merc making claims be cant substantiate.
((Seriously don't go claiming links to player created events and efforts unless you actually had something to do with it, that's bad press.... I was in PIE but that doesn't mean I was at some of their major battles....))

((Don't expect to have an easy time meshing into the RP especially since the lore around the Defiants isn't your own, it wouldn't be hard to make up a special minmatar unit or join one like the Valklears and side with them.))

A possible plan.... though we don't necessarily need to beat him to get the information out of him, a couple of vials of drop, some other hallucinaogenics and then you could have him as you will.

I see, but still may prove difficult to force such hallucinogenics or other concoctions upon an immortal clone, whether he is as he says or is simply an imposter. we could always go the route of removing items that, separated, may NOT be 'immortal' A call in to Mr. Pink might set this clone straight in the eyes of god at the very least...
