TL:DR Working as intended. Move along scrub or join an a school to learn how to play:
1) Swarms are meant as a repellant against LAV's/DS. Designed for killing LAV's and Dropships. You can get lucky killing a tank with it (mainly scrub tanks or final hit)
2) Forge Guns are designed to kill HAV's and anything that gets in its way, its anti material, as designed. To include infantry.
Get over it.
If you can get past your AR sights and see the bigger picture you will realize there is more to this game than just the assault rife/combat rifle. Tanks are great for controlling battles. 4 tanks on the battlefield and your getting smoked Either spec into some FG to harras them or QSYNC.
QQ on the forurms though funny is getting old.

Lol, sure man if you say so. Seriously though, wash your hands cause that's some straight up bullsh!t you just typed.
Firstly, be so kind as to point out where CCP stated that swarms were intended to take out only Dropships & LAVs.
Secondly, if that were the case then why would CCP have made them so **** poor at doing it?

Oh hey, guess what? So is the Swarm Launcher according to it's description.

I stopped reading when you said swarms are designed to kill dropships.
I sit through 3 different people shooting proto swarms at my armor dropship all the time, even with hardeners down.
You have no idea what you're talking about, and good day.
