Ccp is giving you sp at this very moment without you having to lose any skills at all! This is actually a lot better than just being able to respec.

No its not. They have drastically changed features in which I have invested SP and developed around a specific playstyle. They changed swarms, extenders, movement speed, weapon ranges, active scans, etc. I made my decisions based on a set of FUNDAMENTAL rules, CCP changed those fundamental rules, so I want my SP back to reinvest. If CCP can just go and change all core mechanics, then why can't I change my SP allocation? This game is not good enough to continually grind SP because CCP has made certain play styles non-competitive with each patch. If there's no respec by 1.8 I'm done. It truly is a shitbox game, just a fun concept. Its that concept which has kept me til now. I can find another game that is enjoyable to play until someone else comes along with a similar game or concept, but actually tests their builds and knows what they're doing.

So you can't wait until most, if not all, content is released and we have some semblance of balance to ask for a respec? If you got a respec now, I bet you a million ISK that you will spec into a FOTM and be pissed with the next patch and be asking for another respec.

Guess what: It won't be the last time they do something like this. Sooner or later the stuff you now want to spec out is the stuff you want to spec in again. Then you want a respec again. It doesn't work that way. Just spe what you want to play. And I mean the role itself. Don't spec what is OP.

You're playing an MMO. Stuff will change all the ******* time. And if you don't think the game is good enough, then why do you play it?

And can I have your ISK when you quit?

Name 1 MMO that is still changing core mechanics and content every month, a year out of beta. Now name 1 MMO that does that, and doesn't offer respecs in some form or fashion. You'll be hard pressed to think of one.

And you know what? Of course they have respecs because you only get a limited amount of Skillpoints. This is not the case in Dust 514. People playing Eve Online get it. Why are so many Dust players having such a hard time recognizing this? You don't get respecs because your SP aren't limited. This is the whole reason why you will never get a respec. Deal with it and stop whining. Wait a few weeks. Spec what you want. Problem solved. No need for Respecs.

And really: You just want to spec what is OP. And then you do this. They change your new fitting. You start whining again for a new respec.
