I Need Help With My Corp; How Do I Label This?

And some fight for the Caldari & Amarr. So usually a corp or alliance says they are a Amarr/Caldari or Gallente/Minmatar group right? But all of my corp members (including me lol) want [SSQP] to fight for the Minmatar & Caldari. How do I label this? DUST 514 just went full COD. Never go full COD.

If you join an Alliance, yes. If you join a Militia, no. Alliances are the only way to say I belong to this or that in DUST, example, Subdreddit and TEST. However, let's say I was on my pilot and put it into We Who Walk Alone. Even if I put the Corp into the Militia, the mercs will still be able to fight for any faction, because of their merc status. At least, that's the way I understand it. I may be mistaken. Alliances on the other hand are more permanent. We are mercs, but you never attack your alliance. Names of playstyles

The Caldari were a people who were forced into the Federation (yes, forced, all you "freedom" loving Gallente), and then broke free. The Gallente are nice to the Minmatar, but many aspects of the Minmatar culture have become faddish in the Federation, and it wouldn't be too far-fetched to say that the Federation would certainly like to incorporate the Republic into it's fold. So your corp could just be fighting to keep the Republic and the State free from the Federation. The Gallente Federation is just as expansionist as the Amarr Empire, they're just a lot sneakier about it.

Because of their mercenary status, technically, those in Caldari State Corps can fight for Gallente. It doesn't affect the Corp's standing, just the merc's. So, Militias are useless to us Dust bunnies. As to a name... Corporate Freedom or something similar. Names of playstyles

In EVE, it'd be hard to balance the standings (as you lower standings for one side as you fight for the other), but there's no such thing in DUST. That is exactly why I picked Caldari. I hate both the Gallente and the Amarr, but I hate the Gallente far more. Plus the whole tribal personality doesn't really fit my character's background. What still perplexes me though is how my corp members hate both the Amarr & Gallente, yet 99% of them are Gallente. . And there used to be that one guy who claimed to be a freedom fighter who is loyal to the Gallente as an attempt to bring justice to all. Then I had him read up on lore. He stays the heck away from GalFW now. DUST 514 just went full COD. Never go full COD.

Fleet support is trickier. Eve side they have to enilist in a (singular) militia. TEST is running Caldari, so we have boats for those jobs. I also run matari contracts for loot in their LP store, but without a fleet. Hail Satan
