I don't think they'll nerf MLT HAV. Everything is bare bones right now with the idea of making piloting more accessible. If anything they'll continue to add more modules and better hulls so tankers with more SP can have an advantage. Probably not enough of one to make tanking niche to anyone other than a tanker, but enough to make that SP investment worth it.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

I'll play a good 6 or so matches, so anywhere between 4.2mil to 24.6 mil a day lost. It makes me feel good knowing that they decided that this was the FOTM, yet I'm stomping their face in for you guys, and I want this **** to last until they go broke.
