I just got 3000 LP for just providing one OB in EVE. (Keeping in mind I'm only 3 days into the game, and the fit probably only cost around 500-1mil ISK)
I only got 5 kills, and I even think one of them was a TK.

I'm broke in EVE right now.
Only have like 10k ISK, and Amarr FWers are camping the system where I used to do my missions.
One of the stations there also contain assets which are worth over 5mil ISK, but I cant sell them.
Damn campers!

A decent hour of mining in Eve can rake in around 15m for low end ores.
Mining is considered one of the lowest income professions.

In fairness though.
Being in Low-Sec for that long almost made me go crazy with paranoia, it didn't help that some Destroyer warped in, and just sat there for over 2mins, doing nothing, while I was waiting for the OB to get ready.
As soon as the match ended, I got out of there as quick as I could.
