I have one with a rail and combat rifle and I love it. If commandos had a passive armor rep it would make the commando a decent suit but until then...commandos are used for fun.... |

Meh, I went 27/5/4 with a basic commando, toxin ar, basic shotty and a scanner.....this was in 1.6 XD

Do let me know how it works, I swapped my GEK 38 for a rr on one of my commando fits with a sniper.....long range anti infantry is easy with that setup

O ya definitely.....before I would run commando off the first spawn, but now I run starter fits to see if I'm going to have my face ran over by some MLT tank with nitro going 8x faster than an assault dropship :(

He doesn't get to play too often anymore but he SWEARS the Command'oh is OP.
Side Note: he was playing some the other day and tried to shoot someone out of an LAV and ended up shooting one of the REs on the front of it. I lol'd for 20 minutes because of it.

I miss when it took skill and sp to be a tanker....now you just need a few hardeners and you can't be blown up....real balanced CCP............. |

I would like to meet this fine sir, it's weird being an almost extinct role and then in the middle of battle, I see blues just staring at me when I'm in a pro commando suit.....seriously, I had 3 blues just watching me as I tried to shoot the people that were shooting them

He's in the Chat Channel Commando Squadron.
I'm sure he feels the same way.
He's been swarmed in the War Barge several times because of the suit.
I'm personally waiting on the other D'ohs before I choose mine.
