My woman (Jade Masteraja) was kicked in about 3-minutes of FW, this was no surprise to me, however what was, is the manner in which she was kicked, because she was actually doing what she was meant to be doing. So their she is fluxing the crap out a TANK, lol and she is kicked for the damage done to here squad. squad says except able lossGǪ ? |

I don't use flux grenades but i would think it takes a lot of attention to use them. They wipe out all the shields in the blast area so if you throw them on a congested place, it's logical you're gonna inflict friendly fire.

A flux is still doing damage. Snag one of your Caldari drop suit buddies with it and they become easy pickings for your enemy.
Though I do appreciate it when my enemies flux themselves. Makes killing them so much easier. |

Was the "acceptable loss" that her squad lost their shields as a trade of for the affect on the tank or that that she was ejected from the game?
It's either friendly fire...

She was using an area-effect weapon while there were teammates in the blast radius.
I don't see which part of this is meant to be her NOT doing something wrong.
She caught too many hits on her squadmates, and as such, dealt more than 5000 damage and got kicked. She was weakening her allies with friendly fire, and the game recognised that and punished her appropriately. |

That's what I said to her, but her argument is that her squad did not care and wanted her to do it. It might be worth me mentioning at this point, (the tank was destroyed). |

Then THEY gave her bad advice, and she either shouldn't have taken the advice or needs to point out that it was their fault she was kicked and they owe her. If she's experienced and knew about the FF penalty in advance, it was her fault. If not, it was theirs. |
