If that's the case, CPP has an obligation to the playerbase to rewrite how all weapons work to eliminate any advantage that would come from using modded equipment. CCP are asking us to invest in a high-commitment, high-stakes game with the potential for real losses built in to the game mechanics. When we're fighting for important resources in combined EVE-DUST-Valkyrie operations that may involve the combined effort of hundreds or thousands of players and many thousands of hours invested, the gme needs to guarantee fair play so far as is reasonable.

The burden for this falls on CCP because they are the only party in a position to do so.

Thinking about it, i realize i want to know right now right now. Because if CCP is not going to guarantee this, i honestly think that's a deal breaker for me. I can't imagine investing all that time only to end up in a high stakes battle where the outcome was affected by purchased third-party advantages.

This, during the TAC era I was certain that the Devs must build and sell modded controllers on the side.

I can't figure out a good reason for a semi auto weapons to have more than 300-400 RPM.

I honestly don't care what people use or do now though. I just take note of the person I suspect and put him on "the list" (it's a secret list, don't ask).

Mine has fine tuning 1-100 for how many bullets are fired per second. They work best on semi-auto guns making them full auto. Have you tried it on the laser rifle? It will shoot bullets instead of the constant stream making it overheat a lot less. It does nothing for lvl 5 players like meself.<------- Since all higher guns are full auto. CCP feel free to check my kills. I only get 30-40 a match. If I use my fancy troller, it would be 60-80. Show me the money!

Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

I need to start planning Christmas present's.
