No lie, when I was in infantry school talking about weapon safety the sergeant told us of a recent accident where two guys were cleaning a tank and one was in front of the 50 cal machine gun while the other was cleaning the trigger area.
It wasn't supposed to be loaded but guess what?

For whatever reason that just reminded me of some of the horror stories I was told while working in a machine shop, people leaning in to clean machines that aren't unplugged, only to have their heads crushed and scrambled in seconds
