in the land of armor plates and damage mods there is another module who can survive enter the Profile Dampener, it gives protection against scanners and has decent fitting and SP costs, it makes you hard to detect and with the TTK being shorter than you can say time to kill they're nice to have.
Okay, CCP make some more modules as effective as this (regulators,kin cats,energizers,regenerators) you might have something good on your hands...

In terms of other modules...
Passive scanning needs to be better, Myofibril Stims need to do something else (like increase reload speed), damage mods need to be nerfed into the ground, and....yeah everything else is fine.
More modules in general would be nice. Dam mods need to be handled carefully, nerf not necessarily, trust me the TTK being so short means the 10% isn't that much

Plates->speed. Shield ext->regen. Maybe reducing range by added dispersion. That's one though or increasing ROF which would mean you'd run out of bullets faster if you weren't careful

I humorously have 0 SP into damps, I run city squad in PC so I'm going to get nuked or killed in a horrific manner, I'd rather have more HP, but I have Gal Scout maxed so damps are less of a nessecity as I can dodge STD Acrtive scanners but may gal logi will be shown by the triage hives under my feet
