the reason is because tanks are the only real counter to tanks at the moment. if you pay attention to surroundings and your modules then you are practically immune to infantry in a tank. |

Ignore this guy. He won't back up his arguments with in game demonstrations. He claims tanks are immune to infantry, but he is afraid to face a fat suit. you obviously decided to stay on the zero credibility train. I have never said this, twisting words in your favor just shows how desperate you are.
what I have said is when you pay attention you are practically immune to infantry, which is completely different.

This may just become common practice and may create the special bubble needed for infantry vs vehicles. That the vehicles are more worried about their own affairs and infantry worried about theirs. Just having that bubble popped is going to leave your posterior sore because you have nothing to scare the tanks away which is something I would like to see returned to a degree instead of laughing it off. We should push to have ccp try to make their match-maker attempt to put a mix of infantry and vehicle guys into both teams. If they would (or do store) the information from every match such as vehicles use and kills gotten, I'm positive they could come up with a system that attempts to allocate a few vehicle guys for every match. This way, when the match-maker succeeds, there will be infantry and vehicle battles going on in their respective areas. The tank may win its battle to go pew at infantry until the butt-hurt tank comes back for revenges to steal him away from the poor reds. ive mentioned stuff like this in countless threads. im happy to see its not just me seeing this. a scrub tries to bash a guy that is here since closed beta... dont make me laugh please.
Doc Noah wrote:Pretty sure that those tankers chasing other tankers are actually AV fed up with spending ISK on AV dropsuits and not being able to do anything significant to them. I know I did and it's so much easier and cheaper just using a rail tank. finally someone gets it. it is much easier and cheaper to get tanks in tanks. in a suit you are way to vulnerable to do it efficiently. |

I normally stay out of these arguments, but that's like saying if you pay attention to your surroundings and use cover you'll never get shot in an infantry suit. Bit of a false argument, no? just because you dont get it does not mean it is a false argument. paying attention to surroundings means not overextending into enemy groups when your modules are running out.

He doesn't know how to make a sensible one, so he builds straw men instead. Good thing it's so easy to burn them... that comes from a guy with zero arguments and moaning in the forums for months how AV is too strong and it should require 5 guys to kill one.
zero credibilty and tries to be tough, how cute. how about l2p and get good? |
