Yeah, got banned again  , but this time I know exactly what happened as I got banned within minutes of starting and didn't do much of anything. I'm pretty sure this is not working as intended.
So I spawn in with uplinks and I proceed to deploy them, good enough, then I kill assist a bluedot, all good. Since I hate 1.7 tanks, I made a build to try and counter them, a basic logi fit with basic and advanced REs and basic Proximity explosives, nothing fancy. I was feeling really good about my devious little plan: stack explosives in a constricted road, a couple of proximity mines and a pair of RE should do the trick.
As expected and rather quickly into the match a tank goes zooming by and BOOM! tank kill  , I was feeling really good with myself, since I exclusively run assault and had been getting my ass kicked as of late, but before I even finished celebrating, lo and behold, black screen  banned for the day.
I'm positive I didn't get a team kill, also positive that I wasn't close to any blue installations. I assume that once the proximity mine detonated, the chain reaction of the other explosives going off by it registered as friendly damage, boom 5000 damage and damn I'm banned for the day...
I'll try this again tomorrow to confirm and also since that tank going boom was oh so sweet  |

Can I ask you something? Could you please rename this thread to "List FW Ban Cases Here", because I'm about to add 2 more onto the list.
1) Brought in my own EVE Support, put down a Orbital Pulse Laser (Small) strike, a friendly HAV ran into the strike with his MLT Nitrous. +50, +50, +50, Instant ban for tanker stupidity.
2) Was throwing Flux Grenades, destroyed enemy uplinks/hives, got banned for an unknown reason. Maybe the grenades were hurting each other? No idea. Either way, it seems like every night at 7 PM, I get banned. :(

What happens if several team mates throws grenades at the same time? Will the first grenade thrower be banned for his grenade damaging the other friendly grenades that has not denoted yet?
I better remove all grenades from my suits while I am running FW. |

Cross linking with discussion thread of same topic
Persistant TK warpoint tracking (or is it damage?) combind with vehicular accidents, or (I suspect) suicide trolling at fault for my recent ban.
TK detectors are seriously broken CCP. Turn it off, or remove the LP penalty, until you sorted it out. |
