Tanks are fine now, hard to kill and deadly. But they are way too cheap. Taking out 20 guys with 70k+ dropsuits using 65k militia Sica and laughing in their face is crazy. Remove militia tanks or make them expensive. They are everywhere now, unkillable cheap militia tanks. Fighting against four of them is just standart now. |

Yes there should be a difference between my 500k tank and a cheap tank with militia modules it should not be that any scrub can jump into a tank and be just as effective as a protanker minus the physical skills because currently there is no difference between standard and complex modules except for cool down times.

I've heard the skill tree was expanded quite a bit. Can a tank veteran set up a tank to the max with 30 mil SP?
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

Overall: tanks are not fine.

No but it can be done if you sacrifice a few useless upgrades. 3 mil for both armor and shield cores so that's 6mil 1.8 mil for each of the timer decreases/increases (lengthens mod time other one decreases cool down) 3.6 mil about 6 mil per turret times 3 turrets plus another mil to get past turret op and large turret op 19 mil 300k for HAV skill 600k for core to V and about 2.6 mil for HAV upgrades maxed with turret skills maxed and damage mods fitting maxed
so about 32.5 million without even considering the smalls but for a single tank type with a single turret it is only 12-15

Instead of nerfing tanks, buff the field craft of AVers and add an intelligence skill, at level 5 they will suddenly realize how to use their weapons. |
