Thanks CCP for finally pushing me over the edge. For screwing the majority over and making a **** game. After a full year of playing this game to what it seems like its peek, I can say, without a doubt in my mind, that this game is awful. I'm done with this bullshit, I'm done with fighting you guys and I'm done being "nice" to the game. I am pouring my full and blunt thoughts on this game and I'm not going to beat around the bush. While I know that most will disagree with my statements here, these reasons have destroyed the game.
First off, let's just address the heavies. Just get this out of the way. The heavies are just destroyed. CCP, you obliterated the heavy unit in its entirety. The heavy is nothing now, its just not relevant. It is obsolete by this point in time. Heavies aren't even seen anymore. In fact, somehow they are easy kills now. How the **** did you do that? How in the world can you screw up the heavy so badly that it is an easy kill? Full ******* proto CCP. Full ******* proto, and I'm getting slaughtered. I can't even get close enough to engage some one before they kill me, let alone wound them, let alone kill them but the simple opportunity to kill someone isn't relevant. What are heavies even for nowadays? What is the vision that you have for them? Are they just ******* cannon fodder? Oh wait, they die way too fast to be that. So let's see, what could they be good for? Maybe to scare someone? No, they die way too fast still. A ******* pistol will kill them. I don't know, I generally don't know what your plan is for them. I'm lost and I just can't understand your logic and reasoning.
Ok, now that heavies are out of the way, let's talk about a more broader subject. How about...aurum? Now I get you on this, CCP. You want the same thing as every pay-to-win gaming company wants, that quick cash. I honestly don't know why you made this game like this with this system. I just hope to god that you made this game to make some quick cash to pay for a better game coming soon. But every pay-to-win game is garbage so, I shouldn't be too suprised. Not only does aurum effect every match you enter, it also effects big corporation battles too. Planetary Conquest is the most one-sided mechanic I've ever seen. These mid size corps just simply CANNOT compete with the big spenders like TP, SVER, Grupo, WTF. It just doesn't work. The bad part is that they can do it all the time because many of these bigger corps have sponsors. There is literally know competition in this mechanic, the only way people are ever going to play PC with good results is to join these big corps. This aurum spending makes everyone else obsolete it just isn't fun/
Lastly, and most importantly, your ******* balancing. Who is the brain-dead employee that comes up with these weapons and suit? Honestly, aside from all the "good" you did to the heavy, how is it that Logis are somehow a better tanking unit than the heavy? Assaults are like combat snipers now. Why even be a heavy or a sniper? Just be an assault with a duvoulle or logi with 5 armor plates and shield extenders and there's you sniper and heavy. I've watched streams, read forums and calculated numbers and nothing it even. Do you know how to adapt to a ******* game? How long have you been doing this? Not long enough? Is the game not worth your thoughts or are you that brain-dead?
The game was **** at beta but better than this. Every one was on equal footing with the same basic and advanced gear, rarely would you see proto gear. That all changed when people payed to get the best gear they could. You want to know why I stayed for so long? I played the game and I thought that it had potential. I wanted it to be a great game. It was a new and an innovative idea that was poorly executed and torn apart by bad management. My friends, they stopped playing, they said it was a **** game but I told them that you guys were working on it and that it will be better. I also thought that it was good that you had it in beta for so long because you were really working out all the problem s and concerns. I now have to tell my friends that they were right. This is a **** game and I hope it sticks with you forever CCP as what not to do to a game. Have some ******* integrity for what you guys make.
I expect hate mail and to be banned by the end of this, I don't know what will happen. maybe no one agrees with me and I've wasted my time. Maybe CCP loves their game and I'll be taken with a grain of salt. Whatever happens I hope there are some that will be on my side. But maybe they are long gone by now. Maybe they realized Dust's potential and got out of it, like my friends.

Leave the Heavy brother, Lance was right. They found a way to nerf the FORGE again.... I can stand the nerf splash, 'cause only scrubs rely on splash, but i can't stand the charging nerf.
Now my forge is called Imperial Scrambler Rifle. Leave the Heavy and join the Ass/Logi people.
Assimilation is inevitable Amen to that. I'm in too deep to quit the heavy I'm afraid. It makes me sad to see it go.

Yes but the main point was the you get melted as a heavy so you are quitting. If you were slaughtering people as a heavy I don't think you would give two ***** about the rest of the stuff you posted. I have a couple pearls of wisdom for you Get good or GTFO and if you choose to stay.... Adapt or die. Every MMO has highs and lows when it comes to "balancing." Stop crying about it and put a basic SCR or RR or CR on your heavy... or is that to much adapting for you? I bet we didn't hear one freaking peep from you when they just gave the heavies a buff to EHP.... you were probably cheering and playing for days while sitting in pools of your baby goo. Nevertheless... I am done with you... Send isk and GTFO You do realize that I address the heavy for about 1/4 of the entire post. And yes, of course my thoughts would be different. Because one, aurum would obviously not be around, Big corporations would be actually be compatible and my friends would still play the ******* game. Stop trying to act like you are the smartest and best player here because you look like a ******* *******.

Strap on one of the new weapons and youll start dominating. I love the new build, we finally have something other than the AR . They have talked about fixing the logi soon and they are aware that TTK is too low. I think in the next couple updates this game will grow a lot. It isn't just the heavy or the HMG, it's the whole pay to win factor, PC, aurum, everything I don't want to use anything other than the HMG, I've used it since beta and I don't want to stop. I loved the HMG and the Heavy, but even if I wanted to, I'm in too deep with my heavy. It's just not fun anymore, waiting for things to get better, the constant fighting with CCP and yes, the slaughter I go through with a heavy. I can't take any more

Not just in skillpoints, but I have 15 mil SP and all into heavy, armor, shield upgrades. I can't play every minute of every day

Of course, if I get caught out in the open, running isn't an option and I just try to at least go down swinging. That's just the tradeoff for the larger HP pool (and dual "resistances" in that the HP is usually about equally split between shield and armor [as of right now with the only heavy being the Amarr]).
As for Aurum, I'm assuming you mean skilling to lvl 3 to use the Proto Aurum items? They're still weaker than someone who skilled their way there, as that person has 2 extra levels in and can train proficiency. They (the Aurum item) might have the slight dps edge over someone of the same skill level who's using an advanced weapon, but it's almost neglible in most cases. For that reason, I'm assuming you're talking about dropsuits, where proto means exxtra slots. That can make a noticable difference. The problem is that without the player market, the only way to get these items (aside from grinding LP now in FW) is to buy aurum yourself. Come the market, people will be selling them for ISK because you know people will buy that stuff up.
I've never played in PC (not a whole lot of interest), so I can't comment on that, but I also don't now what the pay to win there is. Is there Aurum involved with something PC specific, or does it go back to the Aurum items? Or are you talking abou the clone packs that are purchasable with ISK?
You said you believed in the possibilities with this game, so I'd suggest just taking a break from it. Since it's free, you'll be able to check back in whenever you want. I don't think any of those who've been with this game for a while thought that it'd reach its full potential too quickly, and I for one think that the promotional gimmick-y release date should have been May 2014 (5/14) instead of May 14th, 2013.
Take a break, play something else (XCOM:EW/EU is what I suggest, if you don't play only shooters), and come back in after a couple of months. For your first comment, yes, open ground and snipers WERE the heavy's worst nightmares, but now they can barley hold up in close quarters where they are supposed to be godlike.
To specify my point on aurum, why do you think I'm only talking about items for lvl 3? I'm talking about skill boosters and bundles. Mercenary packs, etc. etc. These people that pay for boosters all the time have 30 mil or more skill points and are practically powerful at every aspect of the game. Not to mention the special deals for certain weapons. PC is heavily affected due to the endurance of a corporation, they don't ever lose money, unlike there lesser known attackers who are trying to make an income through district control. I've been with same people for the whole year that dust has been out. I've had my fair share of PC battles. We've bought districts and went broke. When the money dried up, we couldn't keep up with competition's persistence. We've lost countless battles and never won a single district honestly.
We keep trying but we never prevail. I thank our members for being as loyal as they have been. We have had great people come and go and come and stay. If it weren't for them, I would have deleted this game and forgot about it. They made the experience worth playing, bu it seems I'm at the end of my tether.

Gaming is supposed to be fun and I love the game and watching it evolve...don't expect a perfectly balanced game and D514 works well. I've been waiting for this game to change for a year. It has gotten so unstable and unbalanced that it isn't even fun. The beta version was better than this.

The reason why PC is like that isn't because of aurum lol it's because they hold lots of districts and get isk constantly from them. Most of them have racked up billions in isk. Aurum gets skill boosters, skills give better weapons and modules, better weapons and modules make people statistically better, when they are better they capture more districts, in turn they get more money which they use to get more districts. It doesn't always directly effect PC. It indirectly effects it.

And with the new fw loyalty stores you can do that without aurum so that point is null and void. The hmg is broken. Not the heavy suit. First off, I adressed the scout in my post saying it is also useless. I'm not saying heavies aren't stronger then a scout, but they need to be stronger. Also, how is this game not ptw? You buy aurum to buy bundles that give you special gear and that allow you to buy boosters to max out the majority of skills. They become good at almost everything
