Same issue here. It happens mostly in my scout suits, but I think it may have happened to me in a Logi as well. |

Crouching may fix it?! Gods, I've gotta try that next time it happens to me! I eliminated all the raspberries on my side of the map and had to walk all the way across the map to see any action- it seemed to take forever! I considered committing suicide, but it was an expensive fit... |

I don't think it's related to either scanners or rails as I haven't used either and was still affected. My scout with AR, and scout with swarms got this bug several times. I thought it was controller at first, so found a hiding spot and switched to no avail. I also ran into this with my logi using AR. |

My issue was different than the shooting/run issue. I have had it happen to me at the beginning of a match, and also later during the match, with no shooting involved.
When it happens in my case, I'm simply unable to run. I've had it happen in combat and also after I've hacked a site. I try to run, but there is no difference in speed between running or walking.
When it does happen, I find that if I kneel and get back up, I'm able to run one more.
