Playing a lot of Amarr and Caldaet FW to find It just so one sided. The match making just stacking 2 squad on one team and all (unintelligent) randoms on the other side just for a free FW pub stomp. To the point now It is becoming easy to know who going to win factional warfare in the warbarge (So you can just back out). With how broken match making is and the ability to Q 4 faction at the same time just making it hard to balance even more.
I see no point of CCP even keeping multi-Q for FW
Also lot of player say Amarr has bad to no teamwork and are unorganized this BS, it just that most player like to get easy wins and stack on randoms, when no most of the player base don't even try to be competitive, or Just going for TFOM and boost Kdr.

It doesn't matter if there are people who randomize all the FW playlists. They wont be able to gain higher standing and their payouts in LP will never rise to the levels of those who stick to particular factions. |

FW is not new it been like this for months. All randoms on one side (sometime one squad) and stack team on the other (some time even Q-sync corps). To the point that most old player only q for the winning team.
LOL you can even q solo on Minmatar and know you going to win because most of the bad players that multi-Q faction is going to Amarr.

This is not about the LP store, it about bad matchmaking. At less make it that you have to unlock the ability to multi-Q faction, like play and Win 20 game for each faction.
I don't like when I have blue dots that can't do anything, and don't know anything, and being randomly put in a game by bad matchmaking.

But inst the point of FW to increase your standings, so that you may acquire more LP? If you are not rising in the ranks, your dooming yourself never increase your net gains. And perhaps the match making is doing the best it can with a limited number of players. |

My is about match making for FW not LP.
Guy like you must be blind as hell.
MAG all over, most of the players base going to play for the winning team; and randoms just going keep killing this game.

Im not sure if there should be match making, after all FW is all about fighting for your chosen race.
in pubs it makes makes more sense to have: random high sec matches that you do as a merc for extra isk, no full teams of a single corp, no opposites, no salvaging gear from players.
-áIn FW however your fighting for your ideals and brothers, and indeed your very race, you do whatever it takes to win this because it's not some random match.
It matters, it has an immediate effect to the boys up high, and we do everything to win, powerful OBs delivered from EvE pilots, stacked teams, salvage to sell on the market (soon tm).
Did you know that over a dozen pilots have lost their ships trying to get to an OB site, in the Matari faction alone?
The ships they use, destroyers, can cost upwards to 5-10 million each when properly fit, did you know that?
Why risk it, because they're fighting for a cause, and the sacrifice is worth it to them. (And kill mails)
Likewise thede are members of the dust community that have a similar drive, proto gear, tanks, their kdr (as meaningless as it is) they'll sacrifice it all for their race, and they'll do absolutely everything to win.
Heartfelt speech aside a good suggestion could be to have matches restricted by gear, like a similar FW mechanic in EvE, the short of it: STD, ADV, and PRO, matches you can't take higher level gear into a lower level, but you can do the opposite.
This applies to all gear, talking dust now, from weapons and turrets to modules and equipment, so no complex gear on a basic suit it's STD vs STD (wow that sounds bad) so it gives a more level playing field, as the 'best' players will want PRO salvage.
A tradeoff could be you get less lp for lower matches, again making 'better' players want to do higher level matches, while the new guys learn the ropes, what do you think?

I agree with removing multi-queuing. Have it so when you click faction warfare, a second tab pops up and you have to choose which faction you which to queue for. Still allow players to play for any faction any time, but make them actually choose each time they do.

The planets we're fighting over are near 100% Gallente and Minmatar ownership. It's hard for most plays to get in because of not enough matches thus making most battles really sucky. I got stuck with some people on my side who let the enemy take all the points while trying to fight over one objective. *shrugs* I'm expecting there to be more to Dust side FW sooner or later.

Same don't get why CCP did it the way they did, especially now in 1.7 when CCP trying to add a some what realism to FW with all the TK kick going on and ban.

That what I want it to be, you have to pick which faction you want to fight for them just Q-ing them all .
Multi-Q in FW is just adding to the pub stomp of dust.

Not saying that multi-Q is a good thing, just saying that scotty isn't some kind of minmatar agent.
Yet that's exactly what it doing. Most old well informed player will not multi-Q all the faction; more likely clueless players and or solo player will multi-Q all the faction.
At the moment we have more (Mass)players/groups that are choosing to queue up for Minmatar than Amarr, which at most time has none willing to play for the Amarr. The Minmatar side have so much players trying to Q a FW battle, only way match making can keep up and met with the demand for battle is, it has to pull (the reserve) player that multi-Q faction battle and put them in to Amarr. That is why you only get mostly randoms playing on one side and a stack team on the other pub stomping.
Some smart FOTM player has found out about this and only Q for the winning side to boost Kdr and W/Lr.

This is the problem with removing multiqueue from FW:
CCP views us as mercs and nothing more, at least back in the beta days that is how it was. They originally didn't want us to even be able to choose to be loyal, we're not soldiers of our chosen faction we're purely mercenary. There were many of us who fought the good fight and wouldn't let go of the idea of faction loyalty, this is the only reason we are able to toggle factions on/off (at least I assume we're responsible for that decision). I would hope that we would one day be able to actually enlist in a single militia just the same as in Eve, until then be happy that you can toggle the ones you want on/off.
I am willing to bet that we'll never be restricted from toggling all four factions unless we get the ability to fully enlist.

A corp should have to be dedicated to a specific faction (correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this apply in Eve?). If you fight for another faction, your corp's standings go down for whatever faction you should be fighting for.
