AHHA the SCR is atm the most UP of ALL rifles. Having 20% bonus and penalty while the others have only 10%>
Having the biggest CPU/PG consumption and the worst drawback, the overheat mechanic.
first time i tested the ACR i went 25-2 with a STD dragonfly suit....fppt....

I find it has very little kick, greatly reminding me of the AR, which I'm hesitant to call out considering the amount of rounds that need to connect to drop a well fit hostile, especially a shield tanked hostile. (Which is appropriate)
I'll refrain from commenting further until I've used it in a PC match.
Well.... at 1200 Rof one would expect SOME kind of kick....
I've been using it with scouts because its pretty much an SMG with range and less dispersion rate.....
