I'm just trying to get an idea of who is an idiot and who is sensible.
Please post "balanced" or "unbalanced"
I just want to know whether or not I should consider a person credible in the future.
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

Considering RE's aren't meant to be AV what would your take be?

I totally agree, and I'll use whatever means necessary.
But the question still stands actual AV weapons vs Tanks, balanced or not?

I agree with this statement. It's going to be tough to balance at the moment.
But I think putting AV back to 1.6 levels and fixing the milita speed module is the first step.

If you run around solo trying to destroy HAVs, then you're going to get ****** over....... a lot.......
I had my squad run AV for an entire match(es). You can kill them, but it's silly what some of these tanks are able to withstand. To the point that trying to kill them means that you are probably going to lose the match.
Tactically speaking it's probably best to ignore them. But when there's 5 of them that becomes impossible.

This makes no sense to me. This change was like going from one ditch to the other when trying to avoid a pothole. It was an over correction.
