Losing a FW currently feels like I've just thrown away 20 minutes of my life. I like that winning matters now, but a 10 or 15 point standings gain for a FW loss would make it feel like you're making some small progress, and would just make the whole thing more palatable.
It also doesn't make sense that the opposing faction 'wouldn't care' you were fighting against them, so I'd say take away opposing standings for losses, too...either the same amount as the standings you gain (so that winning matches is the only way to make progress on both sides...a lost match is a wash), or a proportionately tiny loss...-2 to -3.
I'm fighting for the Minmatar, so I'm only losing about a quarter of my matches...I can't imagine how much the current system must suck for the Amarr players.
RDVs are a failed experiment - can't we just remove them from the game?

And that's even worse than EVER.
less than 5% of match is win by Amarr because the actual TTK cancel our ONLY advantage (ehp).
When i see we are going to lose.
I just quit.
The actual system create a sink of ISK for NOTHING.
There's no point about playing FW for Amarr or Caldari if you're not squad up and Protostomping right now. |
