I do use the Commando often, however (and much to my dismay since it is Amarrian), but that's usually when I see proto gear out and I want to poop on people while using a standard fitting. You can dual tank, but I dual gank. Their reasons may be completely different though. SWEET MOTHER OF TERESA ON THE HOOD OF A MERCEDES BENZ, YOU SOUND LIKE A MAJESTIC EAGLE! DO YOU SING?!

Yes and It's popular right now because its new. It does fill a niche in the short to medium range with high armor damage output. I have trouble switching between RR and CR because of delay versus burst. I'm never holding the trigger properly.
