As usual, infantry still complains that they can't solo tanks with their MLT Starter Fit.
Why don't you squad with a competent tanker and stop complaining?

Why don't you squad with a competent tanker and stop complaining? why dont you learn to play with 1.6 tanks? all the tank QQ just highlighted the bad tank players, that is all. it took 20-30 seconds with proto AV to kill a tank alone with continous fire and this only happened when the driver was bad and did not move. That highlights just how bad you are.

I think it should take at least 2 to run a tank. Shermans in WWII ran a 5 man crew. BF3 needed 3 ppl in a tank for its max potential to be achieved. 1 person tanks are laughable. Teamwork should be required for that kind of force the same way tankers cry AV should be teamwork.
1 for driving / main gunning and 1 for module activation / gunning. Riding solo? Egg carton with no active modules.
It is balanced that way because for a tank to operate at max potential they get the drawback of less infantry fielded to interfere with counter efforts. How's that for risk/reward?
Besides, I can't think of anything more fun that a pro tanker picking up a random newbro and teaching him how run active modules then cruising the battlefield together. Wouldn't that be fun guys? We're all about fun in Dust! Build lasting relationships with your tank bluebuddies!
It would be as fun as getting a newbro to the supply depot to fit AV and then protect him all the way to your tank so we can destroy you while your whole team shoots at us!
The key is to lessen the number of infantry while a tank is fielded, or lessen the survivability of the tank and keep infantry roaming.
My tanks don't have small turrets anymore. Bluedots are stupid and useless.

Infantry forced these changes, and CCP obliged. It's only too bad that infantry doesn't like the changes.

No crying tankers forced these changes and are now happy that they don't need to worry about anything except another tank or a LAV packed with remotes...well or a stupid team that allow the enemy to completly switch to AV. If you think a nearly indistructable warmachine makes any tank driver smarter.... You really think we wanted CCP to nerf our playstyle? Are you mad? What makes you think we want anything about our playstyle nerfed? Who was on here crying the most? Infantry. What were their complaints? Tankers are too intelligent and they can't be soloed.

The nerf on swarm and AVs, not a problem. There should be some team effort taking a tank down. But When i see a madrugar flying over an objective on domination. And I mean Fly Over the objective!!! That's when i have some issues. I dont care about tanks buff AV nerf, but the Gone in 60 second BS is just ********. IF you think it's a good fix then you are as ******** as i always thought you were I barely see you, and when I do, you're infantry, never taking out a tank. Are you afraid?
