Appreciating and complimenting the female figure is not sexism and neither are observations, you know, what science is?
Discriminating because someone is male or female is sexist.
Eg. Get in the kitchen and cook my dinner LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO.
Ordering a woman to get in the kitchen and make dinner although harsh is not sexist (no I do not condone that kind of treatment period) but the 'like you are supposed to' bit is.
Does that make sense? Do you understand now?
Anyway by your hippy logic, its sexist that every hero in every game is an uber elite muscular beast, but that's not sexist either, theres no discrimination there.
Having a big breasted, toned half naked woman as a main character isn't sexist either, she'd have to have a chain around her neck attached to a dominating males arm for it to be sexist and even then, it would be in a fking game lol.

Actually, in this instance (female heavy suits) it doesn't because they both, rightly, look the same. Maybe the OP wants the female suit to have glitter bands, my little pony stickers or sensor clusters that look like pigtails. Or maybe dust should remain gender neutral, only showing females are females in suits that would appropriately display this, the ski suit thin scout suits for example.
I would like the female heavy to have massive jugs, I appreciate the female form.
If I turned away when my gf gets her clothes off and told her I can't appreciate her because its sexist do you know what she would say?
